Turning complex problems into evidence-based solutions.
I work at the intersection of strategy, research, innovation and design — helping organizations understand complex challenges, find the signal in the evidence, and translate it into solutions that can be implemented and measured.
Explore how I work ↓My work has exposed me to questions across strategy, technology, social development, user experience and organizational transformation. Here are some of the problems I've worked on.
Worked across large-scale development challenges to bring together data, global frameworks, stakeholder perspectives and contextual evidence — identifying gaps, priorities and opportunities for intervention.
Worked across the strategy lifecycle — from current-state assessment and stakeholder engagement to strategic choices, objectives, KPIs, initiatives, governance and operational planning.
Analyzed user behavior and service journeys using multiple sources of evidence, identified friction points and translated insights into redesigned journeys, service models and implementation requirements.
Worked across the full development journey of programs — understanding the market and user need, designing the proposition and experience, developing content and partnerships, and defining how success will be measured.
Designed and applied approaches to assess economic, social and organizational impact — from theories of change and performance indicators to ROI and evaluation methodologies.
Explored technology adoption, emerging trends and digital opportunities through research, use-case development, portfolio analysis and assessment of the value created by technology interventions.
Different challenges require different methods. But my approach consistently moves from understanding the problem deeply to making the solution actionable — and ultimately measurable.
I start by building a grounded understanding of the problem — its context, users, stakeholders, ecosystem and available evidence.
I bring together different forms of evidence to identify patterns, gaps, root causes and meaningful insights rather than treating each data point in isolation.
I translate insights into a clear definition of the challenge, determine where intervention can create value, and identify the choices that matter most.
Depending on the problem, the answer might be a strategy, service, program, operating model, platform, intervention or entirely new concept.
I translate concepts into the structures, requirements and actions needed for organizations and teams to actually use them.
I define how performance, outcomes and impact can be measured so that decisions continue to improve after implementation.
I'm a consultant with a particular interest in the space where human behavior, data, technology and strategy intersect.
I'm drawn to ambiguous problems — the ones without an obvious answer — and to understanding them well enough to turn complexity into something people can actually act on.
I'm always interested in conversations around strategy, innovation, research, technology and new ideas.
